A quick, filling, and flavourful snack that takes just a few minutes to make.

Serves: 1 / 10 minutes

METHOD

  1. Boil two eggs to your preferred doneness.
  2. Place a handful of baby spinach or mixed salad leaves on a plate.
  3. Halve the eggs and place them on top of the salad.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce (or a pinch of salt) and MeiMei Umami Oil to taste.
