METHOD
- Boil two eggs to your preferred doneness.
- Place a handful of baby spinach or mixed salad leaves on a plate.
- Halve the eggs and place them on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with soy sauce (or a pinch of salt) and MeiMei Umami Oil to taste.
