Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened products with clean and undamaged labels within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, please contact us and we will provide a return shipping label. The return shipping fee is SEK 99 or DKK 99.

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, your refund will be processed. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
